Friday, May 16

Check-in and RegistrationMae Grimmer Alumnae House
Upon arriving to campus, check-in at the Alumnae House to pick up your registration materials, including nametag, meal ticket(s), and room key for those staying in the residence halls.
Registration will be open for those that did not pre-register. Depending on capacity, a limited number of tickets for on-campus events will be available. Please note that the Friday party often sells out.

Golden Oaks Society LuncheonBelk Dining Hall
Members of the Class of 1975 and the Golden Oaks Society, those alumnae who have already celebrated a golden reunion, are invited to attend a special luncheon with President Aimee Sapp. In recognition of their 50th Reunion, Dr. Sapp will formally induct members of the Class of 1975 into the Golden Oaks Society.

Campus ToursJohnson Hall Rotunda*
The Meredith campus continues to grow and develop! Alumnae will have the opportunity to view and learn more about campus renovations and developments, including the Jo Ellen Ammons, ’57, Welcome Center within Johnson Hall, the Lowery Fitness Center, the lake renovation within McIver Amphitheater, the Nifong Nutrition Laboratory, and CHESS academic building, and new Athletic Complex.

*Tours will depart from the Rotunda as well as from the Golden Oaks Society Luncheon

Reunion Party hosted by Dr. Aimee Sapp – Johnson Hall Rotunda & Courtyard
You will not want to miss this party for all alumnae! Dr. Sapp invites you to join us for live music from BOUNCE! Party Band. The event will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and giveaways. Alumnae will enjoy dancing the night away in the Courtyard!

Saturday, May 17

Check-in, Registration, and Key Return – Mae Grimmer Alumnae House
Upon arriving to campus, check-in at the Alumnae House to pick up your registration packet and weekend materials.
Registration will be open for those who did not pre-register. Depending on capacity, a limited number of tickets for on-campus events, including Saturday lunch and Sunday brunch, will be available.

Alumnae with a Friday-only residence hall registration should return their key before departing campus.

In what will be her first Alumnae Reunion Weekend of her presidency, Dr. Aimee Sapp will provide a College update and highlights from her presidency. Kate Breen, ’01, president of the Alumnae Association, will share a yearly update and present the Alumnae Awards.

Class business will be conducted including the election of new class agents.

Individual class photos will be taken during the class meetings. Please check the weekend program for your specific class meeting location.

Individual class activities will be scheduled throughout the afternoon and evening.
