Wynter Henderson maximized the opportunities and overcame obstacles with support from faculty. Having completed her degree in psychology with a minor in social work, she will be pursuing graduate studies as she works toward her goal of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
A faculty mentor helped biology major Laura Hooper, ’24, find an opportunity at a lab at Auburn University with a research focus that perfectly matches her interests in aquatic science and microbiology. She will be pursuing a master’s degree with a full-ride and graduate assistantship.
Lydia Cozart completed Meredith’s Paralegal Certificate in 2020 as a stepping stone to law school.
Luisa Jaramillo, ’23, chose to earn her M.A. in psychology at Meredith College because of its student-focused program and required internship. She plans to help organizations and leaders make the most of their employees’ strengths.
Through multiple internships, leadership opportunities, and challenging academics, Broyhill Fellow Machaela Murrell, ’24, combined her interests in music and finance to identify a career path that was right for her.
