Business administration major and honors student Tasia Bromell, ’21, studied abroad and held leadership roles both on campus and during her HR internship. She continued her education at Meredith as an accelerated MBA student.
After learning about her strengths through Meredith’s StrongPoints® program, Sania Laraib Shujauddin, ’19, gained the confidence to pursue leadership and networking opportunities early in her college career. After graduating and becoming a senior human resources assistant for one of the most valuable companies in the world, she reflects on how Meredith helped her get to where she is today.
Samantha Duerring, ’20, conducted undergraduate research on the perceptions of GMOs on Meredith’s campus.
English major Hannah Flood, ’20, built strong connections at Meredith through an internship, studying abroad, and campus traditions.
Exercise and Sports Science major Lauren Grodi, ’20, used her strengths at Meredith as volleyball team captain, student researcher, and intern. She continues to use them while earning her doctorate in physical therapy at East Carolina University.
Internships, leadership opportunities, and the Meredith Autism Program have prepared Laura Jenkins, ’20, to take on an occupational therapy program after graduation.
Religious and ethical studies major Ellie Jones, ’20, will continue her studies at the University of Montana in Missoula, where she will pursue an M.A. in environmental philosophy with full funding and a teaching assistant position.
Barbara Diamond, ’20, discovered a passion for chemistry at Meredith. Now she’s CEO of her own company and earning a master’s degree in cosmetic science from the University of Cincinnati.
Wings student Vaune Blalock, ’20, came to Meredith with over 30 years of dance experience and a host of accolades, to which she has added a Bachelor of Arts with a major in dance from Meredith College.
Parimala (Pari) Prahalad, ’20, a biology major, was well prepared for her next phase of education in the School of Dental Medicine at East Carolina University.
