Voices of Change: Contested Citizenship Conference

The free, in-person conference will provide a collaborative educational, action-oriented space for those who want to study and support the voices of Black women and women of color seeking to bring change to the political system in the United States, starting with North Carolina. Register here

The conference schedule includes a keynote address by Emancipate NC Executive Director Dawn Blagrove on Friday, Sept. 9, at 7 p.m. This will be followed on Saturday, Sept. 10 with a full day of sessions focused on Contested Political Power: Voting; Reproductive Justice and Individual Rights; and Environmental Justice. View the full schedule
