Meredith College Class Ring Sales

Since 1953, alumnae and current juniors and seniors have all worn the same black onyx. It’s time for the Class of 2026 to be a part of one of Meredith’s most treasured campus traditions!

The College is now partnering with Balfour to produce our class rings, and Balfour representatives will be on campus for the Spring Ring Sales event April 15-17, 2024. Below you will find important information about the ordering process for your student.

• Ring sales will be held April 15-17, 2024 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the parlor of the Mae Grimmer Alumnae House.  Another on-campus ring sales event will be held at the start of the Fall 2024 semester.  In addition to on-campus ring sales events, rings can be purchased online.
• Balfour offers payment plans, and their representatives will assist you with payment plan options during this time. 
• If you are planning to participate in the October 2024 Ring Week and Ring Dinner activities, ring orders must be placed and paid in full by August 30, 2024.
• The Meredith College class ring is available in different metal options. View the current pricing and metal options.
• Current, undergraduate degree-seeking students with 60 credit hours are eligible to purchase a class ring. For your ring to be produced, you must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours prior to the start of the Fall 2024 semester. To ensure you meet this criteria, your student status and credit hours will be verified before the start of the 2024-2025 academic year.
• Students who do not meet the 60 credit hours requirement will have the option to submit an appeal. Details about the appeals process will be shared via email over the summer.
• If you are planning to participate in the Ring Dinner for the Class of 2026, your ring will be shipped directly to our Balfour territory manager. Ring deliveries will be held on campus the week of Ring Dinner.
• The Office of Alumnae Relations sponsors an annual Legacy Ring Essay Contest, and details about the essay contest will be shared via email over the summer. Those students selected will either receive a complimentary ring or a reimbursement for costs already incurred.
