Junior Leadership Conference for High School Students

The Meredith College Office of Student Leadership and Service, in collaboration with the Office of Admissions, will present a free conference for high school juniors designed to develop and sharpen leadership skills. The conference is scheduled for Saturday, February 1, 2020.
Whether a student is already a student government officer, a team captain, or interested in becoming a leader, this conference can help her become a more effective and collaborative leader.
In addition to exploring and examining leadership topics, the conference will allow participants to network with other talented student leaders from across the region.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
9:15 – 9:45 a.m. Registration
10:00 – 10:30 a.m. Welcome
10:40 – 11:30 a.m. Leadership Session, Topic 1
11:40 – 1:40 p.m. Lunch and Keynote Speaker
Leadership Session, Topic 2
1:50 – 2:40 p.m. Leadership Session, Topic 3
2:50 – 3:15 p.m. Closing Session
3:15 – 4 p.m. Campus Tour (optional)
Space is limited to 250 participants. Register at meredith.edu/admissions/junior-leadership-conference by the registration deadline, Friday, January 24, 2020. After you register, a confirmation email with additional details will be sent.
