IO Psychology Director Publishes Article

Associate Professor of Psychology Joseph Mazzola co-authored a paper recently accepted for publication at Occupational Health Science. The study, “Understanding the correlates between care-recipient age and caregiver burden, work-family conflict, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions,” explores the impact caregiving for a loved one can have on the caregiver’s satisfaction on the job, as well as the inability to properly balance work and home life. The article will be officially published in the journal later this year.
