Have you completed your benefit elections for 2021?

The Open Enrollment election period for 2021 benefits ends at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6.  Please remember to make any changes, new elections, re-enrollments or cancelations before Open Enrollment ends.

The Open Enrollment page includes the 2021 Benefit Guide, rate information and details about each plan, plus links to forms. The Benefit Checklist is a great way to make sure you don’t miss anything, including options that require annual re-enrollment (HSA spending account, flexible spending accounts, or health insurance Opt-out).
