Ceremony Held to Celebrate Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program Completion

Meredith’s Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program held a ceremony to celebrate those completing their course of study on Friday, April 19, 2024.

There were 30 post-baccalaureate students in the 2023-24 cohort. After they complete Meredith’s post-bac program, students will enroll in medical, dental, physician assistant, pharmacy, or optometry school. 

The completion ceremony was held in Kresge Auditorium and was attended by friends and family of the post-baccalaureate program cohort.

The ceremony began with a welcome by Christie Burley, Program Manager and Admissions Counselor. Dr. Jason Andrus, head of the Department of Biological Sciences, and Dr. Karthik Aghoram, Director and Lead Advisor for the post-bac program also spoke during the ceremony.
