Campus WiFi Changes

Two new networks, eduroam and MC-AltWiFi, have replaced the Meredith2009-10, meredith-public, and MC-Fall networks across campus. The preferred and most secure WiFi is eduroam.  MC-AltWiFi is the guest WiFi network available for the campus and the alternate WiFi for smart devices.

What you need to know:

• Eduroam and MC-AltWiFi are the only two WiFi networks on campus
• Eduroam will be the primary WiFi network on campus for employees and students.  Use your NetID &NetID password.
• Any visitors to the campus will need to use MC-AltWifi and contact Technology Services or Meredith Events for the password
• Any smart devices that cannot connect to the eduroam WiFi network will need to use the MC-AltWiFi network

Please report any difficulties to techsupport@meredith.edu – in your email please include your office location, the device you were trying to connect, any error messages you received, and the best number to get in contact with you.
