Tracy Smith received her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and her master’s degree in nutrition from Meredith College. In addition to her role as program director for graduate nutrition, Tracy serves as an adjunct faculty member for food and nutrition. Tracy’s previous employment included working with a statewide non-profit in the field of social work and community outreach, prior to joining Meredith full-time in 2013.
