Trained in culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, Katharine received her Master’s Degree from Meredith College and now works in public health for the State of North Carolina’s WIC Program. In addition to teaching for Meredith, Katharine has also volunteered for a local food assistance program for the past nine years.
