Dr. Jenna McChesney joined the Meredith faculty in 2022 after earning her M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology. She teaches many of the courses in the I-O Psychology Master of Arts graduate program, as well as Introduction to I-O Psychology (PSY 335) for undergraduates. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes real-world application of course content and personalized mentorship.
Her research bridges occupational health and personnel psychology to explore how individual differences and lived experiences shape employment outcomes, with current work focusing on sustainable career
