Crystal joined the Meredith Autism Program (MAP) staff after graduation in May of 2003 as a preschool shadow & one-one-one trainer and quickly promoted to Team Supervisor and then to Behavior Consultant overseeing the programming for children enrolled in the MAP. After a short hiatus, Crystal returned to MAP as a Behavior Consultant. Crystal graduated with distinction from Capella University with a masters of science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in June, 2017 and obtained the national certification of Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®). Crystal is also a licensed behavior analyst (LBA) in the state of North Carolina. In addition to serving as the Associate Director for the Meredith Autism Program, she is also an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology Department.
