School Psychologist Guest Speaker, Milton J. Cepeda

Come hear Milton J. Cepeda speak about his experience as a bilingual school psychologist and the different career paths within school psychology (a field in need of professionals).   Mr. Cepeda was a police officer for 25 years before becoming a school psychologist and now serves on the NC Psychology Board.
