Housing For Graduate Students

Graduate students enrolled in at least six credit hours may be eligible for on-campus housing in the Oaks Apartments (for female students) or the Moore House (for male students), based on availability. These options provide convenient access to campus resources and a supportive living environment tailored to graduate student needs.

Graduate student housing is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Your space is not guaranteed until you have signed the housing contract and paid the required deposit.
