Strategic Planning Summits Focus on Visibility and Quality of Life
- Published
The process of creating the next iteration of the Meredith Forever strategic plan continued with two additional summits.
The Marketing/Visibility Pillar summit was held on November 17 and the Quality of Life Pillar summit was held on November 29.
As with the previous sessions, each opened with brief presentations that were followed by small group discussions. Input from participants was captured electronically.
The Marketing/Visibility presentation was led by Vice President for Marketing and Communications Kristi Eaves-McLennan and Director of Marketing Karen Dunton. The presentation included an overview of marketing priorities, the approach used by Meredith’s Marketing Department, and a review of the importance of managing Meredith’s brand.
The Quality of Life presentation was led by President Jo Allen, Human Resources Director Pam Galloway, and DEI Coordinator Lillian Madrid. This session included an overview of Meredith’s existing benefits and community programs, as well as a review of the College’s efforts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Upcoming Strategic Planning Summits
The remaining summits are facilities and IT and financial strength. These are scheduled early in the Spring 2023 semester as noted below.
