Sport Science Association Wins National Award

Meredith College’s Sport Science Association won a national award from the American Kinesiology Association in recognition of their community engagement and service to the College. 

Meredith won the Undergraduate Student Group Impact Award in the community category. The organization’s award recipients represent meaningful contributions toward increasing the physical activity, health, and quality of life of individuals.

The Sport Science Association was judged on factors including their submitted video that showcased the variety of programs, events, and professional development opportunities the organization sponsors for Meredith students, faculty, and staff. Watch the video for more information
