The Meredith College sophomore class sponsored the Guardian Angel Dance on Saturday, October 19, at the Crabtree Valley Marriott Hotel.
The Guardian Angel Dance provides students an opportunity to honor their mentors and role models, including family and friends. Meredith hosts multiple events during the school year that honor and celebrate families, including Class Day, Tea for Two, and Senior Family Night.
Addison Campbell, ’27, Guardian Angel Dance Co-Chair, shared her reasons for getting involved in this tradition. “This is a special tradition here at Meredith because it allows us to celebrate our mentors and people who are special to us. Being involved at Meredith is something that I think is so important, and Guardian Angel Dance sounded like such a fun tradition to be a part of.”
The dance included dinner, an ice cream bar, dancing, and spending time with friends and mentors.
