Solar Eclipse Viewing at SMB

The Meredith Community is invited to a solar eclipse viewing event on Monday, August 21 from 1-4 pm at the Pleiades Observation deck on the 3rd floor of SMB.

The event is weather-permitting and will include eclipse questions/answers/discussions.  The partial eclipse will occur from 1:16 to 4:06, with the maximum occultation (about 90%) occurring at 2:44 pm.

Friends and family members are invited to attend.  Two hundred paper eclipse-viewing glasses will be provided, but feel free to bring your own glasses or viewing devices.
