Shannon Grimes Publishes New Book

Shannon Grimes, Professor of Religious and Ethical Studies, has published a new book, Becoming Gold: Zosimos of Panopolis and the Alchemical Arts in Roman Egypt (Rubedo Press). Her book is the inaugural volume of Rubedo Press’ new Panopolis Series, which is devoted to scholarship on Greco-Egyptian alchemy. Copies are now on the market and will soon be available in our library.
