Meredith College’s 2026 Spring Break is March 16-20. No classes are held during break. On Friday, March 20, administrative offices will also be closed to provide a break for staff.
Classes resume and offices reopen on Monday, March 23.
Spring Break Study Abroad
During spring break, 18 students who are taking a medicinal chemistry course are traveling to Italy. Based in Sansepolcro, Meredith’s Italian home, the course offers an intensive and immersive exploration of drug discovery, natural products, and pharmaceutical science in one of Italy’s most historic regions. The short-term study abroad program offers an opportunity to explore sites that trace the evolution of medicinal chemistry from Renaissance apothecaries to modern labs while exploring the foundations and frontiers of medicinal chemistry.
