Local Hospitality Professionals Visit Meredith Special Events Class

During the Fall 2025 semester, Letty DeLallo from Donovan Manor and Emma Anderson, ’24, from Donovan’s Dish visited the Special Events class at Meredith College to share some of their client experiences and provide some real insight into a day-in-their-life on the job.

DeLallo is the founding venue manager for Donovan Manor, a premier events site, and Anderson is a client relations manager at Donovan’s Dish, a Raleigh-based catering company and meal delivery service.
