Food and Nutrition Faculty Member’s Work Published

Assistant Professor of Food & Nutrition Lanae Ball is a co-author of two manuscripts that have been accepted for publication.  “Evaluating the Implementation of a Farmers’ Market Targeting WIC FMNP Participants” will be published in Health Promotion Practice Journal and “A High Prevalence of Food Insecurity Among University Students in Appalachia Reflects a Need for Educational Interventions and Policy Advocacy” will be published in Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior.
