Commencement Exercises for Class of 2022 to Be Held May 14

Meredith College will hold commencement ceremonies for the Class of 2022 on Saturday, May 14, 2022, in Meredith’s courtyard. There will be two sessions, one at 8:30 a.m. and another at 11 a.m.
President Jo Allen, ’80, and Casey Corpening, ’22, the senior class president, will be the featured speakers for the ceremonies.
Attendees will need to register in advance for one of the ceremonies using a sign-up form that has been shared with graduates via email and on meredith.edu/commencement. A livestream option will also be available.
Other events include an interfaith baccalaureate service and hooding ceremonies for graduate programs.
The Interfaith Baccalaureate Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 13, with Chaplain Stacy Pardue as the speaker. The location for the service is still to be determined.
Graduate students are welcome to participate in commencement exercises. The schedule of program-specific hooding ceremonies is as follows:
