Class Ring Sales

Jostens will be on campus August 29-31 at the Mae Grimmer Alumnae House for new ring sales and warranty claims, such as repair or sizing. Those dates and times are:
Tuesday, August 29 – 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday, August 30 – 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday, August 31 – 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Current students must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the fall semester to order a class ring or have an existing ring order moved to production. If your student does not currently meet the minimum of 60 credit hours needed to order a class ring or have an existing order moved to production, they may submit an appeal regarding eligibility. The appeals deadline is August 31, and can be submitted by clicking here.
Please note that all rings must be ordered and paid in full by August 31 in order to have the rings in hand for Ring Week and Ring Dinner.
