Adverse Winter Weather
With the Raleigh area under a Winter Storm Advisory, Meredith College classes will be held remotely on Monday, January 26, and Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Employees who can work remotely can do so during all shifts on January 26 – January 27. Campus activities for Sunday, January 25, are also cancelled.

Please continue to monitor weather updates from the National Weather Service and local news outlets for the most up-to-date information on the storm. For more information on winter weather safety and preparation, visit  ReadyNC.gov.

Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Adult Education

Whether you are a Re-Entry, 23+, or Wings program alumna, this celebration is for you! 2022 marks a major milestone to celebrate as it will be the 50th anniversary year of adult undergraduate education programs at Meredith.

A major celebration event will be planned for September 2022, so make a note on your calendar. Your ideas for other ways we can celebrate, virtually, if necessary throughout the year are welcome!

It would be great to have multiple events in which you may participate and through which you can share highlights of your time at Meredith. Your stories speak volumes, and we want to highlight, document, and share as many of them as possible – now and with future generations of Wings students.
