Meredith won 7-6 in a nine-inning thriller. Ashbee Standridge smashed a home run to put Meredith ahead early in the game. Lillie Davis battled hard in the circle and Meredith’s defense came up with some big plays to help secure the victory.

She was perfect at the plate, going 4-4 with three doubles, six RBIs, and three runs scored in game one.
