Whether you’re commuting to work, taking a road trip, or just running errands, a Meredith College plate is more than a car tag—it’s a symbol of community, tradition, and lifelong pride.

North Carolina drivers can easily order a Meredith plate online at ncdot.gov/dmv. Follow the instructions and log in to your DMV account to locate the Meredith plate. Plates can also be ordered by mail or in person. A standard collegiate plate is $25, and you can personalize your plate for an additional $30. For every plate ordered, $15 comes back to Meredith and supports Meredith’s Greatest Needs—helping to fund student scholarships and academic programs.

You do not have to wait for your registration to come due. The DMV will mail your new Meredith plate, registration stickers, and registration card once your order is processed. Your annual renewal date will remain the same. You can recycle your old plate or return it to the DMV, whichever you prefer.
