Dietetic Internship
Meredith College’s Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)-accredited Dietetic Internship program provides college graduates who have met the DPD requirements with the knowledge and supervised practice needed to enter this fast-growing field of nutrition.
Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences
Whether you’re looking to enhance your academic qualifications for admission to a health professional school or you want to advance your career in the healthcare industry, Meredith’s master’s in biomedical sciences (MABMS) offers a rigorous curriculum, individualized advising, and exceptional professional skills training.
Master of Science in Nutrition
Accelerated Dietitian Nutritionist Track (MS-ADNT)
An ACEND-accredited program designed for students holding an undergraduate degree in any field of study who have completed the required prerequisite coursework to enter the program. This track combines the didactic coursework with supervised experiential learning hours into one program.
Accelerated Community Track (ACT)
Designed to be completed in a one-year time frame with a summer start. Students have the option to complete the program fully online and on a full or part-time basis. Coursework provides the foundation of the science of nutrition while emphasizing both theoretical concepts and practical applications.
MS-Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) Track
Designed for students holding an undergraduate degree in a science-related field with a dream of becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
Pre-Health, Post-Baccalaureate Certificate
Designed for individuals with a bachelor’s degree, Meredith’s pre-health certificate program offers an individualized curriculum based on your particular needs. Coursework supports applications to

Angela Clontz, ’04, '22
Angela Clontz, ’04, ’22, was able to capitalize on her passion for nutrition and is now pursuing her Ph.D. at UNC-Chapel Hill, where she is studying nutrition and its effects on genetics, in particular concerning cancer.
