Stickwork, Positional Training and 3X Lacrosse

MC Summer Small Group Sessions are run by Head Coach Lauren Scott or Assistant Lauryn Turner and Meredith Lacrosse Players. Summer Sessions are intended for girls entering grades 2-12. Each day players will spend time on stick work, positional instruction, small sided and 3X games. Girls are required to bring their own stick, pinney, mouth-guard, goggles, and water.
