It’s that time of year when high school seniors are deep into the college search process. You’ve likely been working hard gathering all the necessary documents, writing personal essays, and visiting colleges. The finish line is just in sight! In today’s blog, we discuss some of the benefits of submitting your application to Meredith by the priority deadline of February 18.
Filling out college applications can be stressful. By submitting your application by the priority deadline, you can have the peace of mind of knowing that you made it through the research and application parts of the college search process. With some of the pressure off your shoulders, you can take time to relax and destress as you wait for decision letters.
Applying sooner will mean receiving an admissions notification sooner as well. This will give you more time to think about your options and make the best decision for you. Reflect on the colleges you applied to and ask yourself which college will help you reach your goals. Which one offers the financial aid you need? Which one stands out?
That is okay too! We understand there are various reasons you may need to apply after the priority deadline. It’s better to submit a strong, thought-out application after the deadline than rush to submit it early. With our rolling admissions, you will still receive an admissions notification in a timely manner. If you have any questions about your application, our Admissions Team is happy to help you.
